Nico Gentile is the Owner/Broker of Gentile Real Estate. He specializes in Luxury Homes in the Central Valley of California as well as Agricultural Farms and Single Family Residential Properties in Fresno, Clovis and the surrounding areas. Nico has earned the reputation of delivering sound advice, possessing strong negotiating skills, and earning the trust and confidence of his clients. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Real Estate from the University of San Diego, after which he worked one year for a real estate developer and two years for one of the largest vertically integrated farming operations in the Central Valley. With national and international residential accreditations his knowledge, experience, & expertise in meeting the needs of affluent buyers & sellers in the upper tier markets has resulted in consecutively earned multi-million-dollar production.
